Overnight oat with applesauce and berry beautiful

Boost your immune system in the best possible way with our new healthy and delicious creation: Overnight oats with creamy applesauce and Berry Beautiful!

Ingredients (2 servings)

Apple sauce:

  • 1 kg Swedish apples
  • 1/2 cup water
  • (Flavour with cinnamon stick if you like)

Overnight oats:

  • 2 dl fiber oatmeal
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 4 dl oat drink
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 - 2 tsp Berry Beautiful

Do this

  1. Start by making the applesauce, then choose ripe apples.
  2. Peel and cut apples into wedges. Remove damaged parts and insect infestation.
  3. Put the apple wedges in cold water so they don't start to brown.
  4. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally. The apples must not be burned. Do this until the apples are soft.
  5. Then puree the apple wedges in a food processor. Or mash with a ladle.
  6. Pour into jars and let cool. Freeze the leftovers!
  7. Now you can start with Overnight oat, by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
  8. Then leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  9. Serve the Overnight oats with applesauce and other tasty accessories. Tip: Sprinkle some extra cinnamon when serving!
